klapper-kakao-hawermout koekies
125g margarien ; 500 ml suiker; 125ml kakao en 125ml melk.
Kook alles saam vir 5 minute.
Haal van plaat af en roer die volgende by: 750 ml hawermout; 750 ml klapper en 5ml vanilla geursel. Meng goed. Skep lepels vol op gesmeerde plaat of bord en laat koud word.
(muesli in die plek van hawermout gebruik)

- 2 koppies volgraan ProNutro
- ½ koppie “extra lite” margarien (ons het dit vervang deur botter)

Biscotti with cream
Preheat oven to 180° C. Spread 125g blanched almonds on a baking tray and place in oven for 4 minutes until nuts are golden brown; cool.
Biscotti: Brush a 26 x 4,5cm x 8cm bar tin with oil and line the base with baking paper.
