3/4 cup icing sugar
2 Tbs Maizena
2 Tbs cocoa
1 1/2 cups flour (+-)
Put all ingredients in your mixer with the paddle attachment and combine together till a soft dough is formed.
The dough must not be too soft and not too stiff.
Add more flour is necessary.
Roll out and cut with a rectangular cutter and bake at 180 for about 12-15 min.
When cool cut a piece KitKat a little smaller than the biscuit. Stick with melted chocolate and leave to harden.
Dip entire biscuit in chocolate and decorate as desired.
For the white KitKat biscuit it’s the same recipe just omit the cocoa and use the white KitKat.
