Holiday Oreo cookie pops
12 Oreo cookies
250ml semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 teaspoon oil
White, red and green coloured sprinkles (or 100’s & 1000’s)
How it’s made:
1.Insert wooden pop stick into the centre of the filling of each cookie and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
2.Melt the chocolate and oil in small bowl in the microwave, stirring often. Dip the cookies, one at a time, in the chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cookie. Return to the baking sheet and decorate as desired.
3.Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is firm.
4.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
