Salad on a stick




FOOD ON A STICK

A fun way to eat your veggies.
YOU NEED:...
•Lettuce, cut into small squares
•Tomatoes, cherry are best
•Cucumber, cleaned and sliced
•Ham, cubed
•Cheese, cut into chunks
•Eggs, hard boiled and sliced in half

•Croutons
•Wooden Skewers
HERE'S HOW:
1.Cut bread into chunks for croutons {we used Italian bread}
2.Spritz with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Garlic Salt
3.Toast in the oven at 450 degrees for about 5 minutes
4.Cook eggs, cool, peel and slice
5.Cut the rest of the veggies
6.Thread ingredients onto skewers
7.Serve with Ranch Dressing or your favorite dressing.
