Fruit Fiesta Breakfast Treat Recipe
Serves 2-4
1 x 410 g can Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta, drained, juice reserved
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup granadilla yoghurt
1/2 cup muesli
1.Remove the Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta from the can and separate the different fruits.
2.Spoon the paw-paw into the glasses and sprinkle with half the desiccated coconut.
3.Spoon a third of the yoghurt over the desiccated coconut, followed by the next layer of fruit.
4.Sprinkle the muesli over the second fruit layer and spoon another third of the yogurt over the fruit, followed by the muesli and desiccated coconut.
5.Spoon the last of the fruit into the glasses and top with the remaining ingredients.
