CREMORA Vanilla Malted Cookies


2 ½ cups flour
1 cup Nestle CREMORA
1 Tbsp. Horlicks
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, room temperature
110g cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup castor sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla essence
1 egg


1. Preheat the oven to 170C.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, Nestle CREMORA, Horlicks, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a bowl of a stand mixer with the K attachment, beat together the butter, cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the sugar. Mix until combined.
4. Add the vanilla essence and egg. Mix on medium until combined.
5. Add the flour and Nestle Cremora mixture ½ a cup at a time on a low speed.
6. Using your hands roll the batter into small balls and place on a greased baking tray and gently press in the center with your thumb.
7. Space the cookies about 2.5cm apart. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. The edges should be lightly golden brown once cooked.
8. Allow the cookies to cool on the tray before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
