Braai Broodjies

Braai Broodjies
Serves 4
8 slices white bread...
Butter for spreading
½ cup Rhodes Braai Relish
2 Tbsps. Chutney
1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
Salt and black pepper

1.Spread the butter on one side of the bread slices. The buttered side becomes the outside side.
2.Mix the Rhodes Braai Relish with the chutney.
3.Spread a generous layer of the braai relish on 4 slices of bread.
4.Top with the cheese.
5.Season well.
6.Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
7.Place the sandwiches inside a braai grid and slowly toast over warm coals them until golden brown.
8.Serve warm from the coals with braai meat.
