Delicious Egg free Milk Tart
Ingredients
5 Heaped table spoons maizena
1 litre milk...
1 tin condensed milk
1 table spoon butter
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt

1 packet tennis biscuits
How to
Mix maizena with little bit of milk.
Boil the rest of the milk and condensed milk together (stir occasionally).
When at boiling point, mix maizena in and stir until thick.
Take off stove, mix in butter, vanilla essence and salt.
Put tennis biscuits in a square dish.
Pour mixture over biscuits, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Serve chilled.
