COOKIE LOLLIES




COOKIE LOLLIES
Makes :24

INGREDIENTS
500 g Golden Cloud Cookie Mix
250 g butter or brick margarine
30 ml warm water
Food colouring
Rainbow sprinkles, if desired

INSTRUCTION
1 Preheat oven to 200 ˚C. Grease a baking tray. Cream the butter or margarine in a mixing bowl until light and creamy.
2 Gradually add Golden Cloud Cookie Mix and water and mix to a soft dough. Divide the dough evenly into five bowls, and colour each with a different colour liquid food colouring.
3 Roll each colour of dough into grape-sized balls. Combine a ball of each colour and quickly roll into a larger ball. It will look like a little beach ball.
4 Then roll that ball between your hands and the counter until you have a cylinder about a ruler length or 30 cm long.
5 Starting from one end, roll the dough into a coil, twisting the cylinder as you go. Roll edges of the cookie in sprinkles.
6 Push a lolly or sucker stick into the cookie.
7 Bake the cookies for 10 - 11 minutes, or until done
