Fatima's Banana , caramel and custard pudding

Fatima's Banana , caramel and custard pudding
Ingredients
Two packs of lady fingers...
2 tins of caramel
1 big tub of Ultramel custard
2 tubs of whipping cream ( 500ml)


6 bananas
Method
In a large bowl with a flat surface place your lady fingers neatly next to eachother until all the surface of the bowl is covered , now pour half of the custard over the lady fingers . Slice your bananas and place half all over the custard .
Whip the cream till stiff and mix in the caramel into the cream until well combined , now spoon half of the caramel cream over bananas , now place the rest of the lady fingers over the caramel , the rest of the banana slices and custard , finishing off with spooning the remaining caramel cream as the final layer . Place in fridge to set for a few hours or overnight .
You may decorate with freshly whipped cream , and some flakes and fruit( optional ) . You may use tennis biscuits as well . Delicious !!!
