Chilli Sauce

Chilli Sauce.
1 finely chopped onion
5-6 large chillies chopped
1small tin tomato paste
1dessert spoon each of sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice....
half teaspoon salt.

Fry onions in oil until soft. Add chillies and a little water. Add all other ingredients, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Thicken slightly with a level teaspoon cornflour in a litte water. (Ideal with curries)
