Apricot, Almond and Coconut Slice




Apricot, Almond and Coconut Slice
INGREDIENTS:
•200g rolled oats
•100g coconut oil
•130g light condensed milk
•120g dried apricots
•40g almonds
•50g coconut
•200g white chocolate
•20g coconut oil
Line a slice pan with baking paper.
Add apricots and almonds to bowl and chop. SET ASIDE.
Add milk and oil to bowl and melt.
Add apricots/almonds, coconut and oats to bowl and mix together
Press into slice pan and refrigerate.
In a clean bowl add chocolate and oil and melt.  Pour over the top of slice and return to fridge.
