Cottage Pie




Easy to make and great to taste, this cottage pie makes a wholesome meal for the family.
Ingredients
1 x 500 g bottle Knorr Unbelievable Bolognaise Cook-In-Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
500 g lean beef mince
250 g baby carrots
Milk as needed
Paprika
5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
300 ml frozen peas
30 ml margarine
10 ml oil

Instructions
1.  Grease a 1-litre casserole dish, and preheat the oven to 180°C
2.  Fry onion in oil until transparent
3.  Add the mince and fry until crumbly
4.  Add the Knorr Unbelievable Sauce and water and simmer for 45 min
5.  Add the carrots and peas
6.  Mix well
7.  Place in a casserole dish
8.  Boil the potatoes and mash with milk and margarine until smooth
9.  Season to taste
10.  Spread over the surface of the mince and sprinkle with paprika
11.  Bake for 25 min until lightly golden brown
