“Mac & Cheese”




Serves 2 to 4
Ingredients
• 1 sachet Knorr Pasta & Sauce ‐ Macaroni & Cheese
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) margarine
• 125 ml chopped ham
• 310 ml water
• 65 ml grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 125 ml milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the pasta and sauce using the margarine, milk and water according to sachet instructions
2. Allow to cool for 5 min
3. Stir in the beaten egg and chopped ham
4. Divide the mixture between 4 small or 2 large (depending on the ages of your children) greased ramekin
dishes
5. Top with a slice or two of tomato and sprinkle with cheese
6. Bake at 180°C for 8–10 min until heated through
