Vanilla Baked Doughnut Tower


Clover Classic Vanilla Baked Doughnut Tower 

  
For the doughnuts:
2 Cups Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla essence
2 Eggs
120ml Light brown sugar
2 Tbsp Clover butter, melted
2/3 Cup Clover fresh full cream milk
½ Cup Clover Classic Vanilla

For the glaze:
1 Cup Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1-2 Tbsp Clover fresh full cream milk

Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. 
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
Into another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add in the vanilla essence, milk and the eggs, beating after each addition until well incorporated.
Stir through the Classic Classic Vanilla and then add the dry ingredients, giving it a good mix.

Pour the batter into a doughnut mould and bake for 7-10 minutes until doughnuts spring back when touched.
Mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth and dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze or drizzle the top. Decorate with your favourite sprinkles.
