Chocolate French Toast Pudding



Chocolate French Toast Pudding
Ingredients:
For the French Toast:
1 loaf ciabatta bread, thickly sliced
500 ml Chocolate First Choice Velvet
1 tbsp First Choice Butter
For the Caramelised Banana:
2 bananas, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp First Choice Butter
To Serve:
Syrup
Berries
Directions:
For the French Toast:
Pour the First Choice Velvet into a deep dish and place the ciabatta slices in the dish. Make sure the bread soaks up all the yummy goodness. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Grease a pan with First Choice Butter and place on high heat.
Fry the soaked ciabatta slices for approximately 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
For the Caramelised Banana:
In a clean pan, on high heat, add the First Choice Butter, honey and sugar.
Once melted, add the banana slices. Flip when golden brown, and keep a close eye so they don't burn.
Plating :
Stack the French Toast and place the caramelised bananas ontop.
Optional: Berries & Syrup
