Chilli Chutney, Cheese, Onion & Chilli Puffs (Egg-free)
Ingredients
2 cups grated cheddar cheese...
½ cup grated onion
2 cups flour, sifted

2 tsp baking powder
2 pinch salt
2 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp finely chopped parsley or chives
1 ½ cups milk
12 to 15 Mrs Ball's Chilli Chutney
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease medium muffin trays with spray and cook.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cheese, onion, flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper and parsley together.
3. Add the milk and mix to form a thick batter.
4. Spoon 2 tsps of batter in each muffin hole, top with a spoon of chutney, then top with another tsp of batter.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until puffed & golden brown.
6. Serve with extra grated cheese and extra chutney to dip in.
Chef's tip:Can also be made in smaller pans for bite-size cocktail snacks. It also tastes great if you add in some bacon bits for an extra-meaty flavour.
