HAM STUFFED MOSBOLLETJIES: [ESKORT RECIPES]
YOU NEED:
250 ml Picnic Ham, chopped
1250 ml cake flour
5 ml salt...
7g yeast
15 ml aniseed
50 g butter
250 ml orange juice
125 ml warm water
125 ml cold water
30 ml each water & sugar for brushing
WHAT TO DO::
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Mix dry ingredients together.
3.Melt butter and mix together with the juice.
4.Make a well in the dry ingredient bowl and mix in the butter and juice. Add the warm water. Knead into a dough and add more cold water if necessary.
5.Knead for 5 - 10 minutes. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
6.Once risen knead again and form 8 balls of dough.
7.Press the balls into a greased loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes.
