Wors en bone



Wors en bone

Bestanddele

500 g wors
olyfolie
1 ui, gekap
2 wortels, in ringe gesny
1 groen soetrissie, opgekap
1 x 410 g blik tamaties
½ teelepel tiemie
1 x 410 g blik witbone, gedreineer
Metode
Braai die wors in die olie tot gaar en hou eenkant.
Braai die ui, wortels en soetrissie in die olie tot die uie deurskynend is.
Voeg die tamaties en tiemie by.
Prut vir 10 minute sonder deksel.
Sny die wors in 2 cm ringe.
Voeg die wors en bone by die tamatiemengsel.
Prut vir 5 minute.
