Chocolate French Toast with Peanut Butter

Chocolate French Toast with Peanut Butter
◦4 slices white bread, no crusts
◦2 eggs (1 egg for each sandwich)
◦1/4 tsp cinnamon
◦pinch of salt
◦1/4 tsp vanilla extract
◦1 tsp cocoa powder
◦chocolate spread
◦smooth peanut butter
◦butter, to fry
◦melted chocolate, in a piping bag for easy drizzle
◦confectioner´s sugar, or dusting over
◦chopped peanuts (optional)
1.Whisk the eggs, salt, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
2.Heat butter in a skillet on the stove top.
3.Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and the other with the chocolate spread.
4.Join the two slices together to make a sandwich.
5.Dip the chocolate and peanut butter sandwich in the chocolate egg mix.
6.Fry on medium high heat until cooked on both sides.
7.Dust with confectioner´s sugar.
8.Drizzel with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts(optional).
