SJOKOLADE-EN-VRUGTE-BLOKKIES
125 g (¼ blok) botter
125 ml (½ k) sagte bruinsuiker
45 ml (3 e) kakao
397 g (1 blik) kondensmelk
5 ml (1 t) vanielje
125 ml (½ k) sultanas
125 ml (½ k) korente
100 g (1 boksie) heel rooi glanskersies, gehalveer
60 ml (4 e) sjokoladesplinters (choc chips)
100 g (1 pakkie) pekanneute, grof gekap
200 g (1 pakkie) Romany Creams, grof gekap
200 g (1 pakkie) Eat Sum Mor-koekies, grof gekap

1. Smelt botter en suiker oor lae hitte in kastrol terwyl geroer word tot meeste van suiker oplos is.
2. Roer kakao, kondensmelk en vanielje by tot goed gemeng. Verwyder van hitte.
3. Roer oorblywende bestanddele by en meng goed.
4. Druk mengsel in gesmeerde bak van 30 cm x 25 cm vas. Maak gelyk bo-op.
5. Verkoel in yskas tot gestol. Sny in blokkies soos verkies.
