150 g Snowflake cake wheat flour
100 g margarine or butter
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g Sugar
1 tsp water
1. Mix sugar and butter until soft and smooth.
2. Add flour and vanilla essence, before adding baking powder and then water.
3. Spoon heaped tablespoons of mixture into muffin pan and bake at 180˚C for about 20 minutes.
