Mediterranean Pizza

Mediterranean Pizza

 1 extra-large or 4 small store bought pizza bases, (or make your own...base)
250ml store bought passata or tomato pasta sauce
100g mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
1 x 170g can Lucky Star Light Meat Tuna in Vegetable Oil, Lucky Star Salmon, or Lucky Star Pilchards, drained

100g ricotta cheese

Additional Mediterranean pizza topping options:
 Black olives
Red or yellow pepper slices
Red onion slices


Preheat the oven to 220°C and heat a baking tray in the oven for 10minutes.

Place the pizza bases onto the hot baking tray and spoon over the passata sauce.

Scatter over the mozzarella cheese.

Flake the Lucky Star Tuna over the pizza bases and top with small spoonfuls of ricotta cheese.

Finally, top the bases with any remaining ingredients of your choice and bake for 10-12 minutes. The mozzarella cheese needs to be melted and bubbling.

Garnish with fresh basil or rocket leaves and serve piping hot.
