Cheese Bites with Biltong

150 g Sasko Self-Raising Flour...
1 ml salt
2.5 ml cayenne pepper
130 g matured cheddar cheese
250 ml milk
100 g biltong powder
sliced peppadews to garnish

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC and butter a twelve-cup muffin pan.
Sift the flour, salt and cayenne pepper together, add the cheese and mix well. To this add the milk and mix until just mixed together. Pour the mixture into the muffin pan, only filling to half. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool down slightly, remove from the muffin pans and sprinkle with the biltong powder.
Garnish with sliced peppadews.
