Cheesy Garlic Bread Balls
Ingredients:
500g dough (buy at Pick n Pay)
120g Mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 squares
4 teaspoons butter, melted...
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
Method:
Pre-heat your oven to 200˚C
Line your pan with baking paper / spray and cook.
Make 20 dough balls and wrap each ball around the mozzarella cheese square. Make sure you seal the dough very well.
Place the balls on the tray with 2.5cm space between them.
Bake for ± 10min or until golden brown.
While they are baking, mix the butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley.
Remove the balls from the oven and brush with the butter mixture. Serve hot.
