MARMITE BITES



MARMITE BITES
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup snowflake flour (self-raising)
2 teaspoons baking powder

Method:
Mix ingredients with sufficient milk to make a stiff dough (must not be runny). Place small spoonfuls in baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine, 1 teaspoon marmite, 2-3 drops tobasco sauce (optional but really adds to flavour or try sweet chilli sauce), and pour over "bites" while still hot. Makes about 24.
