Fried Chicken (cooked in AirFryer)
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut in halves, as the container of the airfryer is not able to it a whole chicken)...
2 tbsp of spice salt (you can get this in any asian stores)
Lemon juice

Method:
Marinate the chicken with the spice salt and abit of lemon juice for 2 hours or more. Place one half of the chicken in the basket and cook for 30 mins at 200 degress C. Check at 10 mins interval, shake the basket or move the chicken alittle so that it won’t stick to the basket. If you like your skin to be really crispy, leave it longer.
For those who don’t have the airfryer, you can use the convectional oven or cut the chicken in bite sizes and deep fry them.
