squash muffins
Ingredients
All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup, sifted ...
Egg 1
Milk 3⁄4 Cup
Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Squash 1⁄2 Cup
Sugar 1⁄2 Cup

Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Sift together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Beat egg vigorously and stir in milk, squash, and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients, using as few strokes as possible.
Pour into a well greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated 180° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
