Red Velvet Cake

Jammer die een is in engels maar ek gebruik dit gereeld en dit maak werklik donker rooi en bo alles is die koek baie lekker moist 3 medium (500g) beetroots cooked and pureed to make 1 cup of beetroot puree
110g good quality cooking chocolate
2¼ cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
170 g unsalted butter, softened
1¼ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup caster sugar
3 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
250 grams Good quality Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 - 4 Cups Icing sugar
1 - 2 teaspoon Saved beetroot purée. Enough to give a pink colour to frosting
