Aartappeltert




 2 Cups Potatoes
 3 Tablespoons Butter
 6 Eggs
 2 Tablespoons Milk
 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

 1 Cup Bacon, crumbled
 Melt butter in a microwave safe pie dish; add potatoes and microwave 10 minutes. Stir together eggs and next four ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until eggs have set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.
