Stuffed Muffin






Makes :4-6 Muffins

INGREDIENTS
500 g Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin Mix
150 ml oil
320 ml milk
2 eggs
Filling Option 1:
1 tin creamed style corn
100 g grated cheese
Heat up cream style corn and stir in cheese
Filling Option 2:
4 eggs
4 diced bacon rashers
Scramble eggs and add in diced bacon
Filling Option 3:
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
60 ml mayonnaise
Combine chicken and mayo

INSTRUCTION
1) Preheat oven to 200 C and grease a baking tray.
2) Prepare the savoury muffin mix according to the instructions on the Golden Cloud pack.
3) Spoon muffin mixture into the prepared muffin tin.
4) Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until cooked.
5) Test with a metal skewer to ensure the muffins are cooked. Cool in tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire cooling rack to cool.
6) Once cooled cut the top of the muffin and hollow out the middle of the muffin using a teaspoon.
7) Fill he hollow muffin with a tablespoon of filling and close with the muffin top.
