Wynford Brown bread

Hier is 'n lekker broodjieresep vir die naweek.
 
Het die resep gekry by 'n vakansieoord net buite Fouriesburg (het nie gelol met die vertaling en omskakeling nie, want met my geluk is dit dan 'n flop!:

Wynford Brown bread: 2 tbs heaped sugar, 1 teasppoon NCP yeast, 1 pint Warm water, 2 lbs wholewheat meal (sasko), 1 tbs salt.
Prove the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 cup of the warm water till it froths. Pour into dry ingrediants, adding rest of warm water until firm dough. Knead well. Cover and leave in warm place to rise for about 2 ours. NB! dough must be wet. Knead again and put into tins. Leave to rise another hour. bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
