Stained mattress--especially from bed wetting or pets?
What you will want to do... is first is make a mixture of vinegar/water (50/50) and pour right on stain. Next, sprinkle the mattress with baking soda until all soiled areas are covered. (This is what will remove the odor).
Mix together a quarter of a cup of hydrogen peroxide and a teaspoon of dish soap and pour it over the baking soda--work it into the mattress with a scrub brush. Wait about 15 minutes, then begin blotting the areas. You have to wait for the mattress to dry completely, so the best time to do this job is in the morning! After the bed is dry, vacuum up all remaining baking soda--if you need to, use the scrub brush to loosen all the powder.
