Do not buy anymore cooking spray--start making it yourself! Just mix 1 part oil ...(I always use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but any type will do) to 5 parts water and place in a spray bottle. Make sure to shake well before every use! No more aerosol cans or chemicals :)
