Chocolate Couscous Pudding

Ingredients

1 sachet Cadbury’s Highlights Hot Chocolate drink
227ml boiling water
57g couscous
200g Vanilla yogurt
1 treat size chocolate flake, crumbled

Method

1. Make up the hot chocolate using the boiling water. Place in a heatproof serving dish and add the couscous. Cover and leave to stand for about 15 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed.

2. Spread the yogurt over the couscous mixture and decorate with the crumbled flake. Chill well before serving.
