Jan Smuts Pudding














1 tin (410g) evaporated milk
1 cup (250ml) orange juice
125ml sugar - adjusted to taste
3 Tbsp gelatine powder
1 Tbsp hot water

1. Dissolve gelatine in hot water and mix carefully with the orange juice
2. Whip up evaporated milk until light and fluffy
3. Slowly add orange juice mixture
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set
