Slow cooker fried Rice
2 cups rice
3 cups beef stock
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
Shallots
1/2 capsicum
200g shredded ham
3 eggs scrambled
I cooked on High for approx 3 hours or until stock has evaporated. I also cooked the scrambled egg to and added at the end. Let stand with no lid for about 10 mins to dry out a little.
