Cheesy potato balls




Cheesy potato balls
7-8 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
2cups of plain flour( u may need more)
3 cloves garlic crushed ...
Handful of chives( add as much as u like)

Mozzarella cheese ball(not shredded) dice it into 1cm-2cm pieces
Milk
Bread crumb
Oil to fry
Mash your potatoes and add chives and garlic.
Then add your flour one cup at a time. And mix well. U may need more. U need it to form a dough and not be sticky. Flour your hands and make them into a ball and insert the cheese in the centre and form a ball.
Roll into milk and then into bread crumb.
Refrigerate for 30 min and fry.
