SUNNY-SIDE-UP BREAKFAST-TART
Ingredients:
500 g puff pastry
Butter
Streaky bacon ...
Golden fried egg
Balsamic crème

Cooking instructions:
On a baking tray, place a rectangular stack of puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
Place in a hot oven until puffed and golden.
Pan-fry strips of streaky bacon until crispy.
Top the pastry with the bacon and a golden fried egg and drizzle over some balsamic crème.
Cook's note:
Balsamic Creme from Modena (Italy) is made using a combination of concentrated grape must and aged balsamic vinegar. There's no cream in it, but it is reduced until it has a creamy consistency. Available from Italian delis
