HOMEMADE WHEAT-FREE MUESLI
60ml honey
125ml apple juice
4 x 250ml rolled oats
250ml coconut flakes
125ml pumpkin seeds
125ml sunflower seeds
1 packet (100g) raw almonds, roughly chopped
1 packet (100g) apricots
250ml dried apples
125ml sultanas/dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 150°C
Mix honey and juice together
Place dry ingredients in large bowl and mix well
Pour over juice mixture and mix well
Spread mixture into 2 large baking trays and bake 4-60 min, stirring occasionally until golden and crisp
Cool completely before storing
