Granadilla Cordial




Granadilla Cordial
Makes about 750 ml
Takes 15 min
Ingredients:...
750ml castor sugar
375ml water
3 x 110g tins granadilla pulp

juice of 2 lemons
Method:
Heat all the ingredients on medium high , stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Spoon off any foam that comes to the surface. Remove from the heat and pour into sterilised jars.
Cool and keep in the fridge.
To Serve:
Dilute with water, lemonade, soda water or sparkling wine and serve over crushed ice. Add a shot of vodka and mint, if you prefer
