Cooking of couscous

Do you avoid buying couscous because you're not sure how to cook it?
1. Place 1 cup (250 ml) of dry couscous into a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and distribute this through the couscous with a fork so as to coat all the grains – this will prevent the couscous from sticking together.
2. Place one KNORR Vegetable or Chicken Stock Pot into a jug, add 1 cup of boiling water, and stir to dissolve. Pour the hot stock over the couscous and immediately cover the bowl with cli...ngfilm. Allow to steam for 4-5 minutes, then remove the clingfilm and use a fork to 'fluff up' or loosen the grains.
3. Now stir in some interesting ingredients: roasted vegetables, grilled chicken strips, fresh herbs, feta cheese, olives, and so on. Serve hot as main dish, or warm as a salad.
