COOKIES AND CARAMELLO SWIRL
Turn a tub of ice cream into something wonderful this summer!...
Ingredients:
2litre tub SPAR Caramel and Vanilla flavoured ice cream
3 snack packs from a box of SPAR OhSoGood cookies
4 squares fudge
Method:
1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and set aside to soften while you roughly crush the biscuits and fudge using a rolling pin.
2. Using a strong spoon, combine all ingredients gently and evenly, and then refreeze immediately.
Hints and Tips:
Play around with other additions such as chopped pecan nuts, chocolate-coated peanuts, flaked coconut, Smarties...
Serves: 10
Recommended accompaniment: sugar cones or wafer baskets to hold the scoops
