Broken Glass Cake

Ingredients
  1. 500 g cream
  2. 200 g canned peaches
  3. 100 grams of biscuits
  4. 100 g of sugar
  5. 2 packages of multi-colored jelly
  6. 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
  7. 1 sachet of gelatin (10 g)
Instructions
  1. Prepare 2 kinds of jelly according to the instructions on the package.Put in the fridge for a few hours until hardening.
  2. Pour gelatin with 100 ml of water and leave to swell for 10 minutes (or at the time specified on the package).
  3. Put gelatin to a small fire, heat up to about 40-50 degrees.Stir, gelatin has to be completely dissolved. Cool.
  4. Cut peaches into large chunks.
  5. Break cookies into large chunks.
  6. Each plate with the ready jelly dip in a bowl of hot water for 20-30 seconds and turn it over on a plate.
  7. Cut both two large pieces of jelly right on a plate.
  8. Prepare a large salad bowl, in which the cake will harden (preferably it was clean, smooth inside, to get a nice cake).Put there sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, whip t until sugar is dissolved.
  9. Pour the cooled gelatin, while whisking with a mixer.
  10. Add peaches, biscuits and jelly slices (gently separate them one from the total).Gently stir with a little spoon.
  11. Cookies must ascend upward, correct it so that it lay flat (and then it will be a bottom of cake).Put in refrigerator until completely freezing for 4-5 hours.
  12. The container of cake dip in a bowl of hot water for 20-30 seconds.Cover the top with a large flat plate and invert.Done.
  13. Cake "Broken glass" gets very bright and cheerful.
