TUNA MOULD

2 tins Tuna in brine drained

 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 cup cream
 1 big onion coarsely chopped

 Blend in food processor

 Add few drops of red food colouring and Tabasco sauce

 Dissolve 2 teaspoons gelatin powder in 30ml hot water and add to mixture.
