Sundowner of Sharon fruit

 
 
 
2 Sharon fruit, peeled and sliced into cubes
5 ml castor sugar
1 tot vodka
500 ml dry sparkling wine

Prepare this way:

Puree Sharon fruit, sugar and vodka in a food processor.

Divide the puree between three champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of Sharon fruit, stir the drink once and enjoy immediately.
