spur cheddamelt steak

Marinate in salt, pepper, garlic, crushed green chillies, lemon juice, worchester sauce, leave in fridge.

Fry steak until tender in a pan. In pot add cheddermelt sauce, cream, salt and pepper, give one boil, throw over steak with cheese. Serve with chips, mushrooms or wedges...
