2 cans (445g) pilchards in tomato sauce
4 onions finely chopped
2 eggs beaten
Salt & Pepper
Herbs
2 - 3 cups mashed potatoes
Directions:
Drain pilchards.
Add to mashed potato and beaten egg.
Add onion and seasoning.
Form into cakes and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 30 min.
Turn over half way through.
(Allow to cool and freeze - reheat in microwave.)
