CHICKEN BANGER HOT DOG AND CHIPS














500g I&J Chicken Bangers
8 hot dog rolls
10g butter
8 potatoes, peeled
250ml oil
Tomato sauce, for serving

Preparation method:
• Prepare bangers as per pack instructions.
• Halve and butter the hot dog rolls.
• Heat the oil on the stove until boiling. Cut the peeled potatoes into fingers and add them to the oil. Allow to fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen towel.
• Place an Chicken Banger into each roll and serve with tomato sauce and chips on the side.
