Chocolate covered fruit lollies

This is something for young and old. Especially if you want to introduce a healthy yet fun snack, for the kids on Easter weekend. They can even help to make this – it’s so easy.

Ingredients:
Fruit of your choice (whole or sliced)
Strawberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, banana, and any dried fruit will work.
Chocolate (White, Milk or dark chocolate)

1. Wash all the fruit, and dry it off. (Except for bananas and dried fruit)
2. Melt chocolate in microwave (at 30 second intervals in a glass bowl). Stir chocolate often.
3. Chocolate will not take on wet fruit, so make sure the fruit is dry.
4. Use wooden skewers cut to size for the lollies (toothpicks can also work).
5. Then dip the fruit pieces in the chocolate.
6. Place the fruit on wax paper to dry.
7. Keep cool and serve the same day.

Notes: You can add sprinkles (hundreds and thousands) just after the chocolate dip if you prefer.
